Sourdough Pancakes(Crepe-Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. (pkg.) dry yeast
    2 c. water (warm)
    2 c. unbleached flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    The night before:
    In 2-quart mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water, then gradually mix in flour.
    Set in warm place overnight (i.e. in oven, warmed to 90\u00b0, turned off and door left closed). The next morning, mix in remaining ingredients.
    Batter should be thin after mixed.
    Best if cooked on electric griddle at 295\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 at the table! Don't make ahead.
    Maple syrup time!
