Toasted Almond-Cheese Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 English muffins
    2 oz. Neufchatel cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Set oven control to broil.
    Split English muffins; toast. Stir cheese, margarine and marmalade until light and fluffy. Spread about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on each muffin half; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon almonds.
    Broil until almonds are light brown and mixture is hot and bubbly, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
