Giblet Gravy For Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 containers chicken liver
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    6 boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Pet milk
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. cornbread dressing
Preparation
    Boil the liver until done and cut in pieces.
    Cook onion, pepper and celery in oleo until tender.
    Add the milk, eggs, liver and dressing.
    Mix and cook slowly for a while.
    If too thick, add a little more milk.
