Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 whole orange
1 c. seedless raisins

Preparation

Grind the whole orange with the raisins.
Cream sugar and oil. Beat in eggs.
Add buttermilk.
Stir in flour and baking soda. After mixing well, add the orange, raisin mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased and floured tube pan about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
