Green Beans With Pecans And Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. French green beans (haricot verts), trimmed
    4 slices (1/4 lb.) applewood smoked bacon, cut into small pieces
    1/4 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add beans; cook 2 to 3 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain in colander; rinse under cold water. Drain (can be done day ahead and refrigerated).
