Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1/4 c. melted butter
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and corn meal together.
    Add eggs, butter, milk and lemon juice.
    Beat until smooth and well blended.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until firm and brown.
