Christmas Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. cooked, diced potatoes
    1 c. cooked, sliced carrots
    1 c. cooked green peas
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    2 tomatoes, chopped and deseeded
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Press into a mold.
    Cool.
    Remove from mold and top with tomato, green pepper and broccoli, if desired.
