Pineapple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs (unbeaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. unbleached flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Set aside. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Combine all ingredients.
Add sour cream.
Stir in drained pineapple by hand.
