Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    Crisco for deep frying
Preparation
    Beat eggs with milk, then stir in Crisco oil and add combined dry ingredients.
    Stir just enough to evenly mix the ingredients. Drop from a tablespoon into heated oil.
    Fry about 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Serve hot.
