Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 pkg. plus 1/2 c. stuffing mix
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    butter or margarine (to top)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put into a greased 1-quart dish.
    Top with 1/2 cup stuffing mix. Dot with bits of margarine.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen.
