Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushrooms and liquid
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks and juice
    1 can mandarin oranges and juice
    1 medium jar maraschino cherries and juice
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
Preparation
    Mix juices and other 4 ingredients and thicken with cornstarch (quite thick).
    Add to taste celery, cut slantwise, 1 large sliced onion and green pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Then add fruit to warm just before serving.
    Serve over Chinese noodles or cooked rice.
