Hot Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
    1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. Cover with a tight fitting lid or plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High (100%) for 6 to 8 minutes or until cabbage is tender-crisp.
    Stir halfway through cooking.
    Yields 6 servings.
