Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    ripe sliced peaches
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 pkg. peach Jell-O
Preparation
    Line pie shell with ripe, firm, sliced peaches.
    Cook sugar, water, cornstarch and Jell-O until thick and clear.
    Pour over peaches; let set until firm.
    Top with Cool Whip or a topping you prefer.
