Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice (more if needed)
2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, eggs and sugar together.
Add sour cream, lemon juice, lemon rind, flour, vanilla and salt.
Mix well. Blend, but do not overbeat.
