Pork Chops In Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. potatoes, sliced thinly
    1/2 c. onions, minced
    6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large 2 1/2 quart baking dish, arrange alternate layers of potatoes and onion.
    Brown pork chops in skillet with small amount of fat.
    Season with salt and pepper and lay on top of potato mixture.
    Pour tomato soup over all. Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
