Oven-Baked French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) loaf French bread
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cut bread into about 16 slices.
    Arrange on jelly roll pan. In large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Pour over bread.
    Coat evenly until all is absorbed. Grease 2 cookie sheets.
    Place bread on sheets.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
