Southwest Style Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    18 oz. jar baked beans
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 oz. can green chili peppers, chopped
    Corn Bread, 3-in.sqs.
    Kraft American singles cheese, cut in half diagonally
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, onion and chili peppers.
    Cover; simmer 15 minutes.
    For each sandwich, split one corn bread square; top both halves with cheese.
    Broil until cheese melts, spoon meat mixture over cheese. Top with additional cheese if desired.
    Serves 8.
