Rice And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice (cook 1 c.)
    1 c. diced chicken
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Brown lightly onions and celery.
    Mix everything together. Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
