Lemony Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 steaks
    1 Tbsp. each: oil and butter
    1/2 to 1 tsp. Dijon Style mustard
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
    hot sauce (optional)
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from steaks; slash edges to prevent curling. Pat dry with paper towel.
    In large skillet, combine oil, butter, mustard, garlic and black pepper.
    Heat until bubbly.
    Saute steaks in the seasoned butter for 4 or 5 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove steaks and keep warm.
    Add lemon and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over steaks and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
