Apple-Pear Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples, sliced
    2 pears, sliced
    1 medium stalk celery, diagonally sliced (1/2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Mix apples, pears and celery.
    Shake lemon juice, honey, salt and pumpkin pie spice in a tightly covered container.
    Toss with apple mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Arrange on lettuce leaves. Yields 8 servings.
