Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
3 c. flour
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients.
Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Fold in apples and nuts.
Mixture will be very thick and you may have to mix with your hands.
Pour into prepared Bundt pan or rectangular baking dish.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
