Fruit Filled Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. container soft cream cheese (pineapple)
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
8 individual sponge cake cups
2 c. berries or cut up fresh fruit
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice. Spoon into sponge cake cups. Cover with fruit and serve.
