Ginger'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1/2 doz. eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread and spread with margarine.
    Place buttered side down in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard.
    Fry sausage, drain and crumble. Sprinkle sausage over bread, then add egg and milk mixture. Top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, better if it sits overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Good for breakfast or brunch.
