Mexicali Pizza Wheel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pizza dough
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) kidney beans, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) diced pimientos
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook beef and garlic until brown; drain. Add kidney beans, tomato sauce and chili powder.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes.
    Roll dough to 15-inch circle; place on greased pan. Form standing rim of dough around edge.
    Cut x in center to form 8 wedges in center.
    Spread mixture evenly on dough; sprinkle with cheese, pimientos and chilies.
    Pull cut points of dough over filling; tuck under rim.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 on low rack for 20 minutes.
