Mint-Marshmallow Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. water
    8 large marshmallows (use the equivalent with smaller ones)
    1 egg white
    1 drop oil of peppermint
    1 drop green food coloring
Preparation
    Boil sugar and water 5 minutes.
    Add marshmallows, cut in small pieces, and stir until melted.
    Add marshmallow-sugar-water mixture gradually to stiffly beaten egg white.
    Flavor, color and chill before serving.
