Perfect Hard-Boiled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggs
    water
Preparation
    Add just enough water to a saucepan to cover the eggs.
    Bring water to a boil and immediately remove saucepan from heat.
    Cover and let stand 15 to 20 minutes.
    Plunge eggs into cold water and peel immediately.
    This will prevent eggs from blackening.
    It also guarantees tender, non-rubbery whites and centered yolks.
