Tiny Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. all-purpose flour
Pumpkin Filling, Pecan Filling, Lemon-Coconut Filling or Spiced Fruit Filling
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. For pastry, in a mixing bowl, beat margarine or butter and cream cheese until thoroughly combined. Stir in flour. Press a rounded teaspoonful of pastry evenly into the bottom and up the sides of each of 24 ungreased 1 3/4-inch muffin cups. Fill each pastry-lined muffin cup with about 1 heaping teaspoonful of desired filling. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes or until pastry is golden and filling is puffed. Cool slightly in the pan, then remove and cool completely on a wire rack. Makes 24.
