Raisin Mint Relish For Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. apple juice
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. dried spearmint, crumbled
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, combine raisins, onion, apple juice and vinegar.
Heat to boiling, then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is reduced.
Stir in spearmint and salt. Simmer 2 minutes longer.
Cool.
Cover and refrigerate.
This can be packed in small jars and given as gifts!
