Round Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. round steak
    3 cups self rising flour
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
    Pound steak or use meat tenderizer.
    Cut steak into pieces. Salt and pepper, then cover both sides with flour.
    Fry meat in hot oil until done.
    After frying all the meat slowly, stir in remaining flour.
    Add hot water to mix until it is smooth and the texture you want.
    Add sliced onion and let simmer until onions are tender.
