Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
    1 c. butter, softened
    juice of 2 oranges
    4 eggs
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
Preparation
    While they are still hot, beat sweet potatoes fluffy and add all other ingredients.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Spoon into a greased 3-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle topping over and bake 1/2 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 8.
