Cioppino(Fish Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 small can chicken broth
    1 c. crushed tomato
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (2 Tbsp. dry)
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil (1 tsp. dry)
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. cleaned shrimp
    2 lb. any white fish fillets
    1/2 lb. scallops
    1 can chopped clams with the juice
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. angel hair pasta
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil until transparent.
    Add chicken broth and bring to boil.
    Add tomato and seasonings; simmer 10 minutes.
    Add shrimp and fish and simmer only until shrimp is pink and fish is cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Pour in chopped clams with the juice.
    Turn off the heat; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with lots of Italian bread.
    Pour soup over cooked angel hair pasta.
