Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon
    10 Tbsp. flour
    12 c. water
    5 to 8 lb. raw cleaned shrimp
    1 to 2 lb. lump crabmeat (good quality!)
    3 to 4 chopped onions
    2 chopped bell peppers
    3 pkg. cut frozen okra
    10 bay leaves
    4 large cans tomatoes
    10 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    3 small cans tomato paste
    4 to 5 shakes Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. celery seed
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. savory
Preparation
    Fry bacon and drain on paper towel.
    Mix bacon grease with flour and brown.
    Put all seasonings (except bay leaves) into a cup and crush.
    Add remaining ingredients except shrimp, crab and okra.
    Cook on low; simmer 2 hours.
