Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 can water
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
    Brown sausage lightly and drain.
    Put in rest of ingredients and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 or 35 minutes.
