Jalapeno Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can jalapeno black-eyed peas
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Garnish with crisp bacon bits.
