Mac 'N Cheese Supreme(Reduced Fat, Micro Magic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. mostaccioli macaroni
    1 Tbsp. low-fat butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. plain yogurt (no-fat)
    4 oz. (1 c.) no-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta as directed on package.
    Drain and put aside. Combine butter and onion in 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole and microwave on High, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes until onion is tender.
    Blend in salt, pepper and cornstarch, and stir in milk. Microwave uncovered on High 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes to boiling and thickening, stirring once.
    Stir in yogurt, cheese and pasta and mix well.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes to heat through.
