Bow Tie Pasta With Roasted Red And Yellow Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped coarsely
    2 medium yellow bell peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped coarsely
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    salt and ground black pepper
    1 lb. bow tie pasta
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. julienned basil
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients plus 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a medium bowl; set aside.
    Bring 6 quarts water to boil in a soup kettle.
    Add 1 tablespoon salt and pasta; cook until just tender, about 9 minutes.
    Drain and return pasta to the soup kettle.
    Add pepper mixture and Parmesan cheese; toss to combine.
