Szechuan Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. five-spice seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. water
2 c. raw nuts
1 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation

Mix spice seasoning, salt and water.
Add to nuts.
Stir well before adding oil. Then mix and toss well before spreading on microwave dish (leave center area open).
Cook on High 3 minutes. Stir well and leave center open.
Cook on High 5 more minutes. Cool to room temperature. Stores well.
