Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. skim milk, scalded
    8 packets sugar substitute
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in scalded milk in bowl for 5 minutes.
    Add sugar substitute, cinnamon and raisins.
    Mix well. Pour bread mixture over eggs in bowl. Stir in vanilla.
    Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
