Strawberry Pretzel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed pretzels
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    8 oz. whipped topping
    2 c. boiling pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. plus 3/4 c. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Toss pretzels, 3 tablespoons sugar and melted margarine in bowl.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cream remaining 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese in mixer bowl until light.
    Blend in whipped topping.
    Spread over cooled layer.
    Chill.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling pineapple juice in bowl.
    Stir in strawberries.
    Chill until partially set.
    Spoon over cream cheese layer.
    Chill until set.
    Yields 12.
