Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage meat
    2 slices bread, cut in cubes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in skillet.
    Cook over medium heat until done. Drain well.
    Spread bread cubes in a buttered 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with sausage, then cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk and salt; beat well and pour over sausage and cheese.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until set.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
