Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pt. half and half
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. onion (if desired)
    1/2 c. green pepper (if desired)
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon (if desired)
Preparation
    Melt first 4 ingredients in a saucepan.
    Place frozen hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Yield: 8 servings.
