California Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
8 oz. crushed pineapple (with juice)
2 c. diced bananas (3 or 4)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients well. Add oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple.
Mix well and blend in bananas by hand.
Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and test with toothpick.
Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
