Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 potatoes
    salt and fresh pepper (to taste on each layer)
    shredded mild Cheddar
    bits of butter
    4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 pt. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cut up potatoes like medium thickness potato chips; rinse and drain.
    Then make 3 to 4 layers of potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper, butter pieces.
    Put several butter pieces on last layer. On top of shredded Cheddar, add 4 ounces grated Mozzarella cheese. Then pour over all 1 pint of heavy cream.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top cheese will brown.
    Poke with fork.
    If not tender, add 15 minutes to baking.
