Cheese Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti shells
    2 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley (or dried)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. prepared Italian salad dressing
    1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook manicotti according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain.
