Yellow Squash Casserole 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. herbed bread crumbs
    2 lb. squash, sliced
    1 c. grated carrots, fine
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can celery soup
Preparation
    Pour melted margarine over bread crumbs.
    Steam squash and onion, then mix with soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Put half of bread crumb mixture in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Add all of squash mixture, top with remaining bread crumb mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
