Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 carton sour cream
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 cans French-cut beans, drained
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation

Melt butter and stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onions. Add sour cream and stir until thick.
Add grated cheese. Fold in beans.
Pour into greased casserole.
Add melted butter to crushed cornflakes and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
