Upside-Down Lemon Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. water
2 Tbsp. Parkay margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 (7.5 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk or country biscuits
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, lemon peel, water and margarine; divide among 10 ungreased muffin cups. Sprinkle with nuts.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
Place in prepared muffin cups.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately invert onto a serving tray.
Serve warm.
Makes 10 rolls.
