Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cubed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm or other dressing mix
Preparation
    Cut chicken breast in strips.
    Dip in beaten egg, milk, salt and pepper. Dip in self-rising flour. In heavy skillet, melt 1 stick margarine.
    Place chicken strips in hot skillet. Brown quickly.
    Place in baking dish.
    Pour orange juice over chicken, about 1 1/2 cups to cover chicken. Bake until orange juice has cooked down thick.
