Kepela'S Steak-N-Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak
    2 cans green beans (French-style are the best of fresh, cooked)
    2 medium, fresh tomatoes, cut in wedges
    2 Tbsp. oil
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak into medium thin strips, then brown in 2 tablespoons oil in electric skillet or wok.
    When brown, add a little water and soy sauce; simmer until tender.
    Add green beans and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Put tomato wedges on top of steak and beans and simmer about 15 minutes longer.
    (May add more soy sauce to taste.)
    Serve over rice.
