Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
4 c. sliced potatoes
Preparation

In a saucepan, saute onions in margarine until tender.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add milk and stir over low heat until thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat and add cheese.
Add potatoes. Place in a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are done.
